AHP funds START subrecipients across the state of Illinois. These agencies will establish or expand comprehensive, holistic services to support pregnant and postpartum people with opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders (OUD/SUD), their families, including small children, and infants with Neonatal Opioid Withdrawal Syndrome (NOWS).

To access these accounts, users need to belong to an agency that provides START services via an AHP-funded grant.
