Medication-Assisted Recovery Mobile Health Units (MMHU)

AHP funds MMHU subrecipients across the state of Illinois. These agencies increase access to medication assisted recovery for, and decreasing health inequities among, individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) and other substance use disorders (SUDs) who are considered at high risk for overdose and medical complications due to barriers to health care access. Agencies will deliver medication assisted recovery via mobile health units in the communities where the intended recipients live.

All resource links below, including to the MMHU SubHub, the Data Dictionary and Measurement Guide, the MMHU Data Collection Excel, and the MMHU Evaluation Data Collection form, link to the AHP-hosted MMHU SubHub. To access these accounts, users need to belong to an agency that provides MMHU services via an AHP-funded grant. If you fit this criteria but do not have an account on the MMHU SubHub, please reach out to AHP via the help desk to request an account. Users will also need to belong to an agency providing MMHU services to access the OASEE data portal. If you fit this criteria but do not have an user account for the OASEE data portal, please reach out to the OASEE team (oasee@edc.org) to request an account.
