AHP funds CORS subrecipients across the state of Illinois. These agencies link people to medication-assisted recovery, OUD treatment, housing services, and recovery support services via warm handoffs. They also provide peer support and recovery support services as well as support their own staff with professional development.
All resource links below, including to the CORS SubHub, the Data Dictionary and Measurement Guide, the CORS Data Collection Excel, and the CORS Evaluation Data Collection form, link to the AHP-hosted CORS SubHub. To access these accounts, users need to belong to an agency that provides CORS services via an AHP-funded grant. If you fit this criteria but do not have an account on the CORS SubHub, please reach out to AHP via the help desk to request an account. Users will also need to belong to an agency providing CORS services to access the OASEE data portal.
